I plan on losing atleast 10 lbs in the next 30 days usuing your awesome program .my motivation is to simply do want i should of already been doing,like eating healty proportions of the right foods,daily exercise .I plan on losing 50 lbs by the start of summer.Doing simple daily functions like getting dressed and just puting on socks and shoes have become difficult.My motivation is clear,i am sick of feeling and looking like i do.NO MORE PIZZA ICE CREAM ECT.The cost of not following through with this program is not being here for my son.I want to continue being a season ticket holder for our favorite team the Uof W Huskies.Go To Foods
